The term “order-made package tour” refers to a tour that is planned and ordered by the customer.
The term “order-made package tour” means a tour in which 8TRIPS (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), at the request of the traveler, provides the traveler with the following information
(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), upon request from the traveler, prepares a plan for the trip that specifies the destination and itinerary of the trip, the details of transportation or accommodation services to be provided to the traveler, and the amount of the tour fee payable by the traveler to the Company.
The Company will pay compensation and compensation for certain damages incurred by the Participant to his/her body, life, or baggage due to a sudden and accidental external accident during the tour, in accordance with the Special Guarantee provisions in a separate document attached to the General Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
This tour is covered by the All Travel Association’s Travel Accident Compensation System (compensation for injuries, etc.).
This is a compensation system exclusively for the Japan Association of Travel Agents, with which we have contracted, and the planning fee for use of this system. Under this system, travel accident insurance by Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. will be applied in the event of a serious accident, and a crisis management service is provided by a crisis management company affiliated with Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. to deal with customers together with our company.
