Anticipated Go To Travel Eligibility Requirements

●Vaccine & Testing Package:Please present it at the meeting.
The applicant must have received 2 doses of vaccine (2 doses and at least 14 days after the second dose) or a negative PCR test (3 days or more before the tour date) or a negative antigen qualitative test (on the day before or on the day of the tour date) by collecting a specimen. (2) The test result notification form shall be sent to the applicant. The test result notification form must clearly state (1) name of the examinee, (2) test result, (3) test method, (4) name of the laboratory, (5) date of specimen collection, (6) name of the laboratory manager, (7) expiration date, etc. Images or copies of immunization certificates, etc. may also be presented.

Cancellation Policy

●No cancellation fee from the date of application to the 7th day of application
●30% of the trip fee for cancellations made from the 8th day of application up to 14 days prior to the date of use.
●50% of the trip fee for cancellations made from 13 days prior to the date of use to 3 days prior to the date of use.
●100% of the trip fee for cancellations made on the day before or the day of the tour.
(The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the trip price before discounts such as Go To Travel.)
*Cancellation (postponement) of the event will be at the discretion of the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival organizer (Nagaoka Fireworks Foundation). Cancellation of reservations made during the cancellation period will incur the above cancellation fees.

If you are concerned, we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. (Please note that cancellation insurance is usually required 10 to 7 days prior to the tour start date. Please note this).

Leave a travel condition letter

(The following is part of the Terms and Conditions Explanatory Document stipulated in Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Law and the Contract Document stipulated in Article 12-5 of the same law.)

1.The term “order-made tour” means a tour for which 8TRIPS (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), at the request of the traveler, prepares a tour plan that specifies the destination and itinerary of the tour, the details of transportation or accommodation services to be provided to the traveler, and the amount of the tour fee to be paid by the traveler to the Company, and conducts the tour according to such plan.

2.Special Guarantee: As stipulated in the Special Guarantee Regulations attached to the General Terms and Conditions of the tour, we will pay compensation and compensation for certain damages incurred by the passenger to his/her body, life, or baggage as a result of a sudden and accidental external accident during the tour. This tour is covered by the All Travel Association’s Travel Accident Compensation System (compensation for injuries, etc.). This is a compensation system exclusively for the Japan Association of Travel Agents, with which we have contracted, and this is the planning fee for use of this system. Under this system, travel accident insurance by Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. will be applied in the event of a serious accident, and a crisis management service is provided by a crisis management company affiliated with Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. to deal with customers together with our company. Please contact us for details of the association compensation system. (The new Corona is also covered.)

3.Please note the following:
●Please inform the organizer (Rim) in advance if you have any special needs such as allergies or physical conditions.
● For safety reasons, the tour schedule may be changed or cancelled at short notice. In such cases, the tour will not be rescheduled under any circumstances.
●In the event of cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee will be charged. (In case of cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee will be charged.)

●Personal information provided at the time of application will be transferred to a third party under a confidentiality agreement.Please refer to the “Privacy Policy” on our website for more information on how we handle personal information.
●Cancellation (postponement) due to inclement weather, emergency declaration, etc. will be at the discretion of the organizer (rim). In the event of cancellation or postponement, cancellation fees will be incurred.
